Terms

  • Pick up location is EXW Newcastle, NSW, Australia

  • All prices are in AUD, excluding GST and Freight

  • All orders must be submitted via our public website

  • Order confirmation and scheduled dispatch date will be provided within 48 hours of the receipt of a purchase order 

  • All orders for Droplet PLUS that require a SIM card from the customer, require that the SIM card be shipped to Newcastle at least 2 days before scheduled dispatch 

  • Payment terms displayed on the invoice 

  • Don't hesitate to get in touch with your SwitchDin representative for volume discounts 

  • If you want to use alternative suppliers for accessories please get in touch with your SwitchDin representative for approval of compliance

Lead times

  • Droplet availability usually allows shipment within no more than 4 weeks, dependent on stock situation. 

  • Typical lead times are less.

  • Freight lead times vary by destination but will be advised on order confirmation.
