New, improved and upcoming features and changes
Stormcloud:
Usability improvements to controllers & VPP settings
Mute alerts capability added for units, portfolios or accounts
VPP dispatch analytics improvements

Improvements to Droplet behaviour after internet outage, so Stormcloud can show that Droplet is back online immediately

Next week, our user interface is getting a minor makeover and will be known as 'Stormcloud by SwitchDin' in the App Store and Google Play Store. All of the same functionality will remain, but users will notice differences in presentation.
We'll also be retiring the legacy 'SwitchDin Installer' app, so please ensure you're on the current version.
Droplet ONEs (formerly 'Resi Droplets') have a new look, but the same functionality. If you are purchasing or installing Droplets, please note that you may come across both versions (pictured below).
SwitchDin Droplet ONEs have a new casing, with the smarts inside delivering the same capabilities.Installers and partners may see both versions until stock on the previous cases has been exhausted. (Top: previous Droplet ONE casing. Bottom: new Droplet ONE casing.)
